Liquid aromatherapy is a common aromatherapy tool, the correct use of which can enhance the atmosphere of a space and bring relaxation. Here are the proper ways to use liquid aromatherapy:
1. Choose the right aromatherapy tool
Liquid aromatherapy is usually used in conjunction with an aromatherapy burner or aromatherapy tray. Aromatherapy burners can be plug-in or burner type, depending on personal needs and safety.
2. Adding Liquid Aromatherapy
Pour appropriate amount of water into the aromatherapy burner, taking care not to exceed the maximum water level. Then add 3-5 drops of liquid aromatherapy oil, the exact amount can be adjusted according to personal preference and space size.
3. Start the aromatherapy tools
Fire-type aromatherapy lamp burner: Light the candle, last a few seconds to start, ensure that it is used in a safe environment.
Plug-in aromatherapy lamp: Turn on the power switch directly to start.
Aroma Diffuser Tray: Pour the liquid aroma directly into the tray and light it to use.
4. Monitoring the water level and safe use
Check the water level regularly during use and add water in time to avoid the water level being too high or too low. At the same time, make sure the aromatherapy burner is placed in a stable and safe location, away from flammable objects and direct sunlight.
5. Replacement and Maintenance
Liquid aromatherapy canes or oils need to be replaced regularly to ensure the aroma diffusion effect. Usually, the rattan should be replaced every 1-2 months, while the oil should be replaced according to the frequency of use and the concentration of the fragrance.
Precautions
Liquid aromatherapy oils should not come into direct contact with the skin or mouth, please read the instructions carefully before use.
Pay attention to ventilation during use, avoid using it in a confined space for a long time to avoid discomfort.
